This Public Hearing has been scheduled for the purpose of obtaining input from citizens and community groups, and receiving applications for programs and projects proposed for the Year 3 Action Plan of the City’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan for Biddeford. Proposed project and program applications for Year 3 must be received by the Public Hearing on January 30th, 2020 for consideration for inclusion in the Year 3 Action Plan. Project/program worksheet forms for application, and scoring criteria are available at the City’s CDBG Office or on the City’s website under Community Development. This Public Hearing is being held pursuant to the City of Biddeford’s participation in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Program.
