Works of Kathleen Hawkins Featured at Marshall Public Library

The beauty of Idaho told through art will be on display at the Marshall Public Library.

During the month of August, the works of local artist Kathleen Hawkins are being showcased at the library. The display features drawings, prints, pottery, and collages that reflect the organic shapes and colors of Idaho.

“We decided to showcase Kathleen’s work because of her versatility. She shows great attention to detail, but isn’t afraid to experiment with new materials and techniques,” said Trina Bonman, Associate Director.

Kathleen began her creative journey in childhood and studied art at Idaho State University.

The display is located on the second floor of the Marshall Public Library.

If you have an idea for a future display at the library, contact Jen Hawkins, Library Specialist, at 208-232-1263 ext. 106 or via email at jhawkins.
