When a new U.S. President is sworn into office he is required by the Constitution of the United States to take an Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”– Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution.
Also, Article VI of the United States Constitution requires that “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution…”
“Federal law requires everyone who enlists or re-enlists in the Armed Forces of the United States to take the enlistment oath. The oath of enlistment into the United States Armed Forces is administered by any commissioned officer to any person enlisting or re-enlisting for a term of service into any branch of the military. The officer asks the person, or persons, to raise their right hand and repeat the oath after him. The oath is traditionally performed in front of the United States Flag and other flags, such as the state flag, military branch flag, and unit guidon may be present.” — http://usmilitary.about.com/od/joiningthemilitary/a/oathofenlist.htm
In the Armed Forces EXCEPT the National Guard (Army or Air):
“I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.” –http://usmilitary.about.com/od/joiningthemilitary/a/oathofenlist.htm

Given that those serving in the Presidency, in the Senate, in the House of Representatives and in our armed forces are required by the U.S. Constitution to take an Oath or an Affirmation to support and defend that same Constitution it is surprising to me that we continue to hear reports of attorneys and others serving within our own Federal government who sneer at those who defend the Constitution or who believe in the Constitution or who call themselves “Constitutionalists”.
A Utah Police Chief recently reported that he attended a conference in Utah where seven U.S. Attorneys made presentations about terrorism. They mocked the Constitution and those who stood up for the Constitution. They described such “Constitutionalists” as potential “domestic terrorists.” I was appalled to hear this.
If these government employees are going to label citizens who support, defend, and stand up for the Constitution as terrorists, then I would label those employees as traitors. Their thinking is clearly Un-American. If they hate the Constitution and the limited Republic it formed they should leave the country and set up shop somewhere that has a government they do like. We do not need them here destroying what our forefathers fought and died for. They, like the elected officials, are paid to defend our Constitutional Republic, our Constitution, our way of life, our traditions, and our rights. If they can’t commit to that they need to resign immediately.

What about our Department of Justice? What do they say? See: http://www.infowars.com/department-of-justice-lists-constitutionalists-in-extremism-guide/
When people in government declare those who defend the Constitution as “terrorists” those government workers, who are supposed to work for us and obey the laws and direction of our elected officials, are labeling those who are and have been in our state and federal legislatures, and who are or have been in our armed forces as terrorists. Shame on them for their foolishness. These people, who make this claim, should be terminated from the employment of any government in these United States.
Hitler, Mao, and Stalin also labeled those who disagreed with them as subversives and terrorists. Of course we know what happened to those people, they were interred into prison camps and graves. This has always been the way of socialists. They make war on any who differ with their policies. Already our current president wants to create an army of people to spy on our citizens. He has talked about this before and were he given another term he would continue to work to create his own gestapo to spy on the citizens and root out those who oppose his socialism. Why does our government label Constitutionalists as terrorists? Could it be so they can change the type of government we have? The Constitution hangs by a thread.
