Mi Almita Cantina: James Beard award-winning chefs Hugo Ortega and Michael Mina have opened Mi Almita Cantina, an authentic Mexican coastal restaurant with a modern twist. This is the third full-service Oʻahu restaurant and first brick-and-mortar location by Chef Michael Mina. The menu consists of a freshly prepared fiesta for the palate with soulful recipes that highlight time-honored traditions and rituals.
