What Will Refugee Policies Mean in Your Hometown?

As Americans see an occassional news story about the surge of refugees fleeing from violence in middle eastern countries into what has been characterized as "post Christian Europe" do we wonder if there will be an impact in our own community? Do we ask: will displaced Muslim Refugees be moved into our town or city? Will they come expecting their religion to be adopted by all of the infidels that surround them? Is there a plan to create conflict and unrest in our peaceful state? Will such refugees create Muslim enclaves and bring about a Balkanization to our country?  Will there be radical Muslim terrorists hidden among the vast body of refugees? How can such terrorists be found and is there a vetting process to exclude them from being brought into our state?

In an article by William F. Jasper titled "No Vetting of Syrian 'Refugees' in Obama's 'Resettlement' invassion," the experienced investigative reporter pointed out that on September 20th, 2015"[ U.S]. Secretary of State John Kerry announced the Obama administration's plan to dramatically increase the flow of refugees into the United States, citing specifically refugees from Syria."  Where will the resettlement of such refugees occur? We haven't been told altogether, but have seen plans for locating some in Idaho. Some from Somalia are already located in Minnesota.

Mr. Jasper quotes John Kerry thus: "I'm pleased to announce today that the United States will significantly increase our numbers for refugee resettlement int he course of this next year and the year after," Kerry said. "Last year I tghink we were at 70,000," he noted, referring to refugees worldwide accepted by the United States. "We are now going to go up to 85,000 with at least, and I underscore the 'at least- — it is not a ceiling, it's a floor– of 10,000 over the next year form Syria specifically even as we also receive more refugees from other areas.  And in the next fiscal year, we'll target 100,000, and if it's possible to do more, we'll do [more]."

How secure will our communities be with the influx of tens of thousands of Syrian Muslims who don't speak English, don't understand the vision of Christian American Founding Fathers in their establishment of a Constitutional Republic, and have for centuries viewed Christians and Jews as infidels?

Following John Kerry's remarks on September 20th when Kerry spoke in Germany, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley warned that the Syrian refugee plan that Obama and Kerry were putting forth poses serious security concerns for the communities inside our country.  "ISIS and other terrorist groups have made it abundantly clear that they will use the refugee crisis to try to enter the United States," the two chairmen cnoted ina joint statement issued on September 20. "Now, the Obama administration wants to bring in an additional ten thousand Syrians whithout a concrete and foolproof plan to ensure that terrorists won't be able to enter the country."

It has been admitted by the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper that vetting Syrian refugees is a major problem and he conceded that he expests terrorists to try to use the refugee program to infiltrate this country.  But, never mind because John Kerry and President Obama intend to bring them into our country anyway, right?

So after years and years of fighting a "war on terrorism," will our own government import terrorists into Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, etc. and plant the seed of our own destruction within our own communities? Is this local news or only national news? Should every local be considering these questions and speaking to Congress and the President about their concerns?

Senator Jeff Sessions pointed out on September 21 that "The U.S. has already taken in four times more immigrants than any other nation on Earth."  Senator Sessions went on in a press release to say: "Our foreign born population share is set to break every known historical record. Since 9/11, we have permanently resettled approximately 1.5 million migrants from Muslim nations inside the U.S.  Ninety percent of recent refugees from the Middle East living in our country are receiving food stamps and approximately 70 percent are recieving free [government paid for] healthcare and cash welfare. All of the nearly 200,000 refugees the Adminstration is planning to bring over thenext two years would be entitled to these same benefits the moment they arrive. Since we are running huge deficits, every penny of these billions in costs will have to be borrowed and added to the debt."

How will our job markets, schools, healthcare facilities, and other public resources handle the additional burdens Middle Eastern Muslim refugees would mean?  Why aren't the Middel Eastern countries taking the lead on welcoming into their nations the refugees that share a same religion and language? Why don't the oil rich nations of Saudi Arabia and the emirates take in these refugees?

Anyone asking the questions asked in this posting will likely be accused of being racist, or being xenophobic, or an Islamophobic person. Such demonizing of anyone who asks the questions is intended to quiet any public debate so that the refugee program can be carried out "no questions asked." As responsible Americans shouldn't we ask our Congressmen these questions?
