What is a Socialist?

What is a socialist? A dictionary definition of a socialist is one who advocates or practices socialism. So to understand what a socialist really is, we must understand what socialism is. We must also study the practices of socialists to understand who and what they really are. Socialism, as practiced around the world, has a shameful and frightening history. It is a history that America needs to avoid repeating. It has already failed miserably wherever it is practiced.

First lets define a few terms:

Moocher– A scrounger or someone who survives off another????????s income.

Sponge???????Someone who obtains or accepts money, food or other wealth from other people without doing or intending to do anything in return. A parasite.

Covetousness??????? Excessively and culpably desirous of the possessions of another. Reprehensible acquisitiveness. See also enviousness, envy, avarice, avariciousness, greed, cupidity, and jealousness.

Theft- – the taking of another person????????s property without that person????????s permission or consent with the intent to deprive the rightful owner of the property. The act of stealing.

Thief???????someone who steals.

Charitable giving???????The voluntary act of giving money or other items of value to charitable organizations.

Socialism???????a political and economic theory of social organization that advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned and regulated by the community as a whole. Socialism is the ideology and practice of forced redistribution of wealth.

From the definitions listed above can you see where I????????m going with this?

From the definition of socialism above we can glean and/or infer that a socialist is someone who uses government to take by force from someone else, ostensibly to share that wealth with another. Of course, honest people would call that theft.

Socialist leadership wishes to control everything and everybody. The forced redistribution of wealth, using the force of government to confiscate wealth for redistribution, is no less a theft than the theft practiced by a street thug who steals an old woman????????s purse to gain money to feed his children. The street thug may have a good cause, but his means of servicing that cause is reprehensible.

Not many years ago people who believed in socialism and in taking money from others by force of any kind would have been called thieves. Americans fought against the spread of socialism in Europe during WWII, in Korea and in Vietnam. Even during the cold war Americans resisted the spread of Russian socialism.

Many socialists beg from the government, appeal to the government for forced redistribution, and petition the government for forced redistribution or theft. They mooch or sponge off their fellow citizens, and by doing so they enslave their fellow citizens. (see: Neither Slavery Nor Involuntary Servitude: Link, Are You An Abolitionist? Link, Maker or Taker? That is the Question: Link, There are Vampires Among Us: Link)

Americans as a people used to believe in self-reliance, earning their own keep, working for a living, saving, and voluntarily giving. Now, at least half of them believe in plundering their neighbor through forced redistribution of wealth.

Socialists tend towards covetousness (see above definition), theft, sponging, and mooching. Their belief system parallels that of other parasites in the animal kingdom. They mislabel their theft calling it ??????charity?????? or ??????giving??????, but they miss the point that when wealth is forcibly taken from others, that wealth redistribution is neither charity nor giving. It is theft disguised by those doing the stealing as ??????giving??????. Those people have twisted the meaning of the word giving. Once a donation is forced rather than volunteered by the owner of the property it is not a donation it is a confiscation or theft. To fraudulently declare that it is a donation is to lie, mislead, or mislabel the act. Donations, in the true sense of the word are voluntary. Once force is applied to ??????make?????? someone donate or join or belong or pay into a system, the system becomes a system of tyranny, not of freedom of choice.

When a person forcibly steals money from another person to give to a friend (and keep some for himself) he has historically been labeled a thief or a plunderer or a pirate. He may wish to hide behind a ??????noble reason?????? for his theft, but it is still theft and he is still a thief.

When a person votes for a thief so that thief will plunder the working citizens of the nation for his benefit, he is as much a thief as the thief described in the paragraph above. Just because the thief wishes to label his act as something other than theft does not change the reality of the act.

Today our society worldwide is full of socialists, people who envy what others have. They believe they have the right to steal from others to provide healthcare, education, food, housing, energy, and other essentials as well as non-essentials for themselves. They may own a business that wishes to force the taxpayer to pay for something they want to do. They may have a cause they wish to have government force the taxpayer to pay for. They may believe because of some disability, sickness, age related malady, or other condition that this condition somehow entitles them to prey upon their fellow men through the forced redistribution of that person????????s wealth.

These socialists believe they are doing ??????good?????? when they force the ??????rich?????? to pay for unearned benefits for the ??????poor??????. Of course the socialists pay for these benefits with other people????????s money that they have confiscated by force from those people. They themselves may pay part of this, but that does not excuse the fact that they are still stealing wealth from others to redistribute. They aren????????t too careful about who they label rich or poor either. They use these labels to suit themselves, enrich themselves and enrich their cronies.

Socialists love to help themselves and their friends to other people????????s money. They pat themselves on the back for being kind, charitable, and generous. Those receiving this ill-gotten gain may feel that the thief responsible for giving them someone else????????s wealth is generous. However, those who have been forced to ??????donate?????? their wealth do not share the feelings and receive no credit or gratitude from those receiving the unearned benefits for the forced donation.

Socialists throughout history work to get control of schools so they can teach socialism and government control to the rising generation. They work to control the media messages and what is taught there.

Lying is a common tool in their propaganda. For instance, Obama just lied again and again about Americans being able to keep their insurance once Obamacare kicked in. It was a lie to get Obamacare passed. This is typical modus operandi for socialists. There are thousands of examples of their lying propaganda throughout the world. Hitler, Lenin, and Stalin used these tools to large effect.

When force and tyranny are introduced into the idea of ??????charitable giving?????? it becomes theft, pure and simple. Socialists believe the ??????end justifies the means.?????? With that thinking they justify outrageous action on behalf of their constituents. For examples of this action I suggest you study the actions of well-known socialist leaders such as Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, and Pol Pot. These socialist leaders, taken together, murdered tens of millions of people so they could ??????redistribute their wealth??????. Forced redistribution of wealth requires ever more control over the speech, actions, and thinking of those being plundered. This often results in mass murder perpetrated by those seeking to expand their power over others, power over the means of production, and power over all forms of wealth.

Today in America we see a statue of the socialist Lenin in Seattle, homage paid on PBS to the passing of Socialist/Communist Nelson Mandela, and people in high places through out local, county, state and national governments, in our schools and in the mass media who believe in forced redistribution of wealth and who see the murderers listed in the previous paragraph as heroes. These people are teaching these lies to our children and to the public at large.

Socialists routinely defraud others creating programs that force others to pay for benefits that they never receive. Well-known examples of these frauds are Medicare and Social Security and ObamaCare or the (Un) Affordable Care Act. Socialists promise one thing and deliver something much, much less. They lure the people into the trap with promises of free benefits and then they cut the benefits. Socialists promise huge benefits and deliver very little.

Socialists generally believe that big government and government force are the answers to all human needs. Socialists are marked with the hubris and pride that manifests itself in their arrogant belief that they have more of a right to decide what should be done with someone else????????s money than the person they are stealing it from.

The Constitution hangs by a thread. Freedom is being destroyed in America and around the world. People are no longer secure in their property or their God given rights. Tyranny is being established. Socialists, liberals, progressives, communists and fascists join arms in the effort to destroy our Republic and create a socialist democracy.

Socialists parade in a disguise of ??????do-gooder??????, but they are wolves in sheep????????s clothing; they seek to prey on the productive members of our society and steal their wealth.

Many people who support socialism and socialist policies do so in ignorance. They have not studied the traditions, history, and principals of socialism or of freedom. They vote in ignorance believing they are supporting a good cause, when in fact they are voting for institutionalized theft, plunder, and tyranny.

Socialism has gradually destroyed the healthcare system and market in the United States and many other countries around the world. It is responsible for destroying the global economy and the economies of dozens of once powerful countries. It is responsible for murdering millions of innocent people and stealing their wealth. It has repressed billions of people and still does so today. Socialism should be avoided and resisted at all cost. The forced nationalization of our healthcare system is a massive takeover of 1/6 of the national economy. The socialists are gaining control of the economy.

As I witness the socialists destroying America and America????????s economy as they have destroyed so many countries and economies in the world, I lament what may be the passing of the greatest national success story in the history of the world, the republic of these once united states. It is being replaced by a socialist democracy. The injustices of that democracy are already beyond recounting. The Constitutional limits that form a republic of laws are the answer. A truly free market is the answer in education, healthcare, energy and a thousand other areas where the socialists have taken control.

The road to general wealth in a national economy is a free market where people are rewarded according to their contribution. Early Americans understood this. Now at least half of all Americans seem to believe that the road to prosperity is to prey on your neighbor, which is the essence of socialism.

Of course one of the greatest dangers of socialism is the unlimited power we turn over to government. This is always the beginning of great injustices, tyranny, and the destruction of those who disagree with socialism.

To understand what a socialist is, watch what they have done and what they continue to do. Once those being plundered begin to resist the socialist power mongers and thieving, then the power crazy or megalomaniacs among the socialists who have already applied force to ensure the populace fall into line now begin to apply violence to enforce their demands. Those who resist are routinely shuffled into prison or labeled crazy and forced into ??????mental hospitals??????. Their property is confiscated for the government and in many cases they are simply ??????liquidated?????? or murdered. For examples of these practices study Cambodia under Pol Pot, Russia under the Stalin, China under Mao, and Germany under Hitler. Together they murdered well over 100,000,000 people who resisted them or who they wanted to plunder. This is the history of socialism over the last century plus. Need we say more?

Don????????t the socialists see the danger to their ongoing stealing and power grabs? Or is it that they just don????????t care? Or is it that they are so self centered that they simply wish to rule in absolute power?

As Dr. Adrian Rogers said, ??????You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the industrious out of it. You don’t multiply wealth by dividing it. Government cannot give anything to anybody that it doesn’t first take from somebody else. Whenever somebody receives something without working for it, somebody else has to work for it without receiving. The worst thing that can happen to a nation is for half of the people to get the idea they don’t have to work because somebody else will work for them, and the other half to get the idea that it does no good to work because they don’t get to enjoy the fruits of their labor.??????

Cicero, speaking to the Roman Senate said, ??????A nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly against the city. But the traitor moves among those within the gates freely. His sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears no traitor; he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their garments and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men.??????
