As of 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, the unofficial results from the Phoenix City Clerk Department for the District 3 Councilmember Runoff Election are:
- Christopher M. DeRose: 9,790 votes (45.99 percent)
- Debra Stark:
11,496 votes (54.01 percent)
The 8 p.m. unofficial results include early ballots received by Friday, March 10, and ballots cast at all voting center locations on Saturday, March 11 and Monday, March 13. An update later this evening will include votes cast at voting center locations on Election Day, March 14.
The unofficial results will not include provisional ballots or early ballots received on Saturday, March 11, Monday, March 13 and Tuesday, March 14. On Wednesday and Thursday, the City Clerk Department will continue to process early ballots and provisional ballots. The next tabulation update will be on Friday, March 17 and will include additional early ballots and provisional ballots. The results are canvassed at a Formal Phoenix City Council Meeting between eight and 15 days after the election, at which time the results are adopted as official.
