Social Security Pre-Retirement Seminar at Salt Lake City Public Library

Meet with Mickie Douglas, Public Affairs Specialist, for the Social Security Administration to discover the facts about Social Security.  Learn about work credits, how the retirement benefit is figured, what to consider when deciding when to start benefits, full retirement age, reduced benefits, delayed benefits, working while receiving benefits, Medicare enrollment, spouses benefits, survivors benefits  and other  family benefits.  Find out how to sign up for a my Social Security account, so you can review your earnings and receive services once you’re retired.  Find out what tools, charts and information is available at www.socialsecurity.gov to help with your retirement planning.  This event will be held at the Salt Lake City Public Library, 210 East 400 South, Conference Room B, SLC, UT from 7:00 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. on April 28, 2015.  Seating is limited.  To reserve your seating, you must reply to Mickie.Douglas@ssa.gov.   Anyone who cannot be accommodated at this meeting will be contacted for the next seminar.  So, sign up today to get your seat at this informative session.
