Mr. Urban was co-founder and President of GT Nexus, the leading cloud

his team.”

A serial entrepreneur and visionary, Florida businessman Robert Edwards

logistics. One of his most notable endeavors includes the sale of Boca
Pharmacal, which he co-founded, to Endo Health for $225 million. Mr.
Edwards is now the CEO of e5 Pharma, LLC.

horse racing. It is fantastic to have him involved with Slync. Both Bob
and John’s leadership will be invaluable to the entire Slync team.”
