If you want moist, succulent, delicious, mouthwatering, filling BBQ, try Savannah’s BBQ at 880 South Main, Logan, Utah 84321. I stopped in there for lunch today and enjoyed a platter of pulled pork with a side of their delicious baked beans. It was worth the time and the money.
The service was good and the food was great. Travis, the owner, stopped at our table to see how we were doing. He’s an entrepreneur who loves great BBQ, loves his customers, and loves his pet dogs and racoons, and his children, of course. Savannah’s BBQ was named after his daughter Savannah.
I’ve been to Savannah’s BBQ several times for lunch and dinner now. I have never been disappointed. I’ve been there with several friends. We all agreed that this food is hearty “man food”. Everyone enjoyed their meals. You don’t often find a place to eat where everyone in the group has no complaint. This is a place that produces “no complaints.” That’s my kind of place.
The music is a mix of country and rock ‘n roll. If you are a boomer, you’ll probably like the background music. As for me, I’m not there for the music; I’m there for the BBQ. It’s the place for protein. I’m trying to do a low carb diet. Sometimes I go there just for the meat. The tables are big with room to spread out. Lots of big sunny windows. It’s a friendly place. They provide several different choices of BBQ sauce at the table. You’ll have a roll of paper towels at your table to keep your hands and face clean. Savannah’s BBQ doesn’t skimp. It’s all yummy stuff.
If you are ever in Logan and have a hankerin’ for BBQ, Savannah’s BBQ is the place for you. Whether it’s BBQ chicken, pork, beef, ribs, sandwiches, or shredded BBQ you’ll want to give it a try. The portions are good. You’ll get full. Trust me; this place deserves a thumb’s up.
