Retail Veteran Thom Riley Joins Mercatus to Lead Client eCommerce Operations

Former director of IT architecture and business intelligence at The
Golub Corporation/Price Chopper Supermarkets brings years of retail
implementation experience.

retail verticals, today announced the addition of Thom Riley, a talented
retail veteran, to its client success team. Reporting to the vice
president of client success, Riley will serve as senior director of
eCommerce operations, leading the planning, logistics, and production of
Mercatus clients’ digital commerce implementations, ultimately helping
to further build Mercatus’s established reputation as a leader in the
digital commerce space.

Prior to joining Mercatus, Thom Riley was a vital member of The Golub
Corporation/Price Chopper Supermarkets team for over 30 years. Riley
held many key responsibilities in the company with a focus on store
systems, application architecture and as a digital strategist. For the
past four years, he served as the director of IT architectural
development and business intelligence, during which time he oversaw
applications architecture, systems design, software development, data
warehousing and business intelligence implementations, along with having
budgetary oversight for various enterprise technology areas.
