Relive autumn on the prairie at Log Cabin Village

Grab your pumpkin and shuck your corn. It’s time for an old-fashioned Frontier Fall Fest 1-4 p.m. Oct. 20 at Log Cabin Village.

Celebrate the harvest with the Embroiderer’s Guild of America, the Fort Worth Herd drovers, the Greater Fort Worth Herb Society and Buttermilk Junction Old Time String Band, among other artisans and entertainers.

Cost, which includes admission and all activities, is $6.50 for adults 18 and over, $6 for ages 4-17 and $5.50 apiece for groups of 10 or more. Ages 3 and under are free.

The Log Cabin Village is a living history museum owned and operated by the City of Fort Worth. The village, devoted to the preservation of Texas heritage, is at 2100 Log Cabin Village Lane.
