Registration Still Available for NORDC Youth Summer Camps

NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (NORDC) will offer summer camps serving youth ages 4-12 across the city. A limited number of spaces are still available for youth summer camps, so parents are encouraged to register soon.

NORDC will offer 41 youth summer camps (ages 4-12), that will serve over 3,800 kids across the City of New Orleans through partnerships with schools, non-profits and faith-based organizations. Summer programming offers a wide array of academic, cultural and recreational activities, including field trips and water safety classes at NORDC pools. Summer camp participants will also have an opportunity to participate in the National Dental Association’s “Back to School Cavity Free” program. Free breakfast and lunch are provided daily.
