Burlington, VT (November 13, 2018): Burlington City Arts & Signal Kitchen will announce exciting programming planned for Burlington’s NEW New Year’s Eve event, Highlight, this Thursday at 1 p.m.
The press conference will be held on the second floor of the BCA Center at 135 Church Street. The announcement will include programming, sponsors, and also mark the beginning of ticket sales.
Invited speakers include Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger, Burlington City Councilor Ali Dieng, Burlington City Arts Executive Director Doreen Kraft, Signal Kitchen Co-Owner Alex Lalli, Highlight Director, Zach Williamson, and Lake Champlain Transportation President Trey Pecor.
Burlington’s new citywide New Year’s Eve celebration will guide you through a series of authentic, community-produced experiences; A larger-than-life parade, hands-on creative activities, and family-fun daytime activities will meet diverse cultural events, cutting-edge art installations, curated music performances, workshops, storytelling sessions, and much more.
