Picsolve becomes Merlin Entertainments’ sole content capture partner in China

New partnerships and contact extensions continue Picsolve’s growth in
Asia-Pac region

LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#china–Picsolve, the leading digital content capture partner for world-class
visitor destinations, has today announced a series of new partnerships
and contract extensions with Merlin Entertainments, making Picsolve its
sole content capture partner in China and expanding the company’s
presence in the Asia-Pac region.

With Merlin and Picsolve sharing growth strategy ambitions for China and
enjoying a long history of success together, Picsolve has been selected
by Merlin Entertainments to create highly immersive and interactive
environments for visitors at five new destinations: Shanghai Dungeon,
Peppa Pig World Shanghai, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Beijing, Peppa Pig
World Beijing and Little Big City Beijing.

All attractions will be using Picsolve’s innovative green screen and
grey screen technology to power visitor experiences in the region’s
newest and best destinations. In addition, Picsolve’s patented
Experience Wall, which provides a seamless capture experience for
visitors, will be at both Madame Tussauds Shanghai and Bangkok, making
them the first sites with Experience Walls in Asia.

Following successful existing partnerships with multiple Merlin
Entertainments attractions in the Asia-Pac region, the partnership with
Picsolve also includes a series of multi-year contract extensions. The
announcement sees Picsolve continue work with six Madame Tussauds
attractions, two Sea Life Centres and three LEGOLAND Discovery Centres
across Thailand, Japan, China, Korea and Hong Kong.
