Parks and Recreation Celebrate Renovations at Community Center

The Parks and Recreation Department and Commissioner Ann Murguia held a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday to celebrate the completion of the newly renovated Joe E. Amayo, Sr. Argentine Community Recreation Center.

Approximately $200 thousand dollars was raised through private fundraising through the Argentine Neighborhood Development Association to install new air conditioning units in the gymnasium, new flooring and a new community room.
