Panther City Peacemakers recognized

[delay +1 hour]

A new class of Panther City Peacemakers was recognized for their service by the Fort Worth City Council.

The Fort Worth police officers and community members completed a 10-week, 40-hour course on mediation. The goal of the program is to establish a way for community and police to engage in talks that could help improve community relations. The Peacemakers could potentially be used in a crisis situation to speak to fellow community members and to help calm tense situations.

Another Peacemakers class will be scheduled in the future.

Two, through a new program called America's Real Deal I am involved with to help business owners get their voice heard.I schedule speaking engagements with community groups and business groups to share my passion about the importance of "sharing your voice".Contact me directly at lee@leeeverton.com for scheduling information.
