Paco’s is a nice change… Mexican Food Cache Valley

So I was reading Lee Everton’s article on the opening of Paco’s Mexican restaurant out on 10th West in the old 10th Street Grill locations and thought give it a try. I usually go to lunch with my wife but she couldn’t today. She’s not as adventurous as I am anyway.

Lee suggested the Carne Asada Burrito but I’m more of a chicken man myself so I decided to try the chicken burrito with rice and bean on the side. It was very good and very filling. I only made it through two-thirds of it and had to quit. Hot chicken, saut???? onions, and other seasonings gave it a really freshly prepared tasted.

There were a couple other men eating at the post-late-lunch eating time frame, (most be business owners and married to less adventurous wives too), had the same great rating as I conversed with them. Two thumbs up from me! Go try it out… I be back… thanks Lee for the suggestion.
