New flavors are joining the classic dishes that put The Copper Mill on the map, and the menu itself has received a complete redesign. At long last, the menu has been updated and improved at The Copper Mill!
Over the years The Copper Mill has become a Cache Valley classic. The classic entrees and sandwiches that guests have enjoyed for years will remain, while many new dishes will now accompany the greatest hits. There are a total of 33 new items joining the menu: 7 sandwiches, 7 new appetizers, 13 entrees, 3 salads and 3 desserts.
The new entr???e additions include: Flat-Iron Sirloin, Bone-In Pork Ribeye, Chicken Under a Brick, Asian Pork Sliders, Trout Amandine and Steak House Ravioli. Appetizers: Crispy Calamari, Asian Pork Sliders, Loaded Potato Spring Rolls and Catfish Fingers. Sandwiches: Half Pound Prime Rib Dip, Buffalo Patty Melt, Carne Asada, Veggie Muffaletta and The Reuben. Salads: The Wedge, Candy Apple and The Rio Grande. The salad ??ª?kart??ª? itself has also received new improvements and flavors. Desserts: Vanilla Bean Cr???me Brulee, Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie and White Chocolate & Vanilla Bean Cream Puffs.
