|LAS VEGAS, NV | JANUARY 2021 – The iconic Neonopolis complex is excited to welcome a new and eccentric retail concept, Haterade, to the heart of Downtown Las Vegas.
Haterade, which will be located on the first floor of Neonopolis, aims to take an irreverent approach to sports, entertainment, and politics with t-shirt and other product offerings that take jabs at any topic a consumer can imagine. Shoppers will be able to custom design items with their choice of insult, making a great gag gift for a friend or statement piece for themselves.
“We believe that the solution to society’s problem of hypersensitivity and attacks on free speech is to make fun of everything,” says founder and owner Tim Tempas. “We are ready to bring fun, freedom, and positive energy back to beautiful Downtown Las Vegas.”
A formal ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on January 21st at 11AM outside of the Haterade retail space on the first floor of Neonopolis, which media is welcome to attend. Las Vegas’ Mayor Carolyn Goodman will be in attendance to welcome the business as the newest addition to the bustling Downtown Las Vegas area. Rohit Joshi, owner of Joshi & Associates development company that manages Neonopolis, will also speak during the ceremony. The event will follow all health & safety protocols and can be watched via Facebook livestream on the Neonopolis Facebook page.
“Haterade will be a great addition to the other wonderful businesses here at Neonopolis,” says Joshi. “We are the home of many one-of-a-kind, unconventional experiences that you can’t find anywhere else. They fit in perfectly.”
While the city of Las Vegas has been hit hard with the coronavirus pandemic, Neonopolis continues to see growth and traffic to local businesses. The property and its tenants are committed to providing the best entertainment, dining, and retail options to the Downtown Las Vegas area during this difficult time.
