A fun and relaxed yoga class for mums and bubs aged 8 weeks to 9 months*
This mums and bubs Yoga class will focus on postures that are safe post-natally as well as calming breath work, relaxation and spending time connecting with your new baby.
This is a wonderful outing for your little one, as well as for yourself to spend time with other mums in the area. This will be a supportive environment, a safe space and judgement free zone.
*ensure your doctor has cleared you for exercise before attending this class.
