What happens when the place you usually meet for a business meeting is closed? Does it throw you for a loop? Or, do you adapt and try a new place? This happened to me the other day. I was meeting a colleague for a morning meeting and we would normally meet at Citrus and Sage in Logan, Utah. But, that closed a couple of months ago. Our second choice was pretty noisy and busy ??ª?? not a good place to meet.
We decided to try the new place in town, The Weekend Cafe. I had passed by several times in the past few days and it didn’t seem like it was busy yet.
We met mid-morning. The Weekend Caf??? was not busy. It was clean with pleasant seating and a window out to Main Street in Logan. The barista was friendly with a smile. (That is always a good start.) I ordered my mandatory hot chocolate. My colleague ordered a coffee (they use Caffe Ibis) and we were set for our meeting.
The Weekend Cafe was clean and had a nice caf??? feel. The one drawback is that they don??ª?t have wi-fi installed yet. But, with a hotspot on your cell phone, it wasn’t a problem. For people downtown, the walk is easy. If you are driving, there is parking on the side street.
If you are looking for a quiet place to meet and enjoy a few minutes, stop by The Weekend Cafe. It is located at 57 South Main, Logan, Utah.
