Security (DHS), Headquarters Cost Analysis Division (CAD), Specialized
Cost Services BPA with a shared ceiling value of $48 million. Through
the BPA, MCR will provide expert cost estimation and analysis services
across the entire DHS. MCR was one of three awardees on the BPA and is
joined by its teammates LogApps, Galorath, Reed Integration, and
Guidehouse. The BPA has a five-year ordering period.
