MAYOR CANTRELL ORDERS CITY HALL, CITY GOVERNMENT OFFICES TO OPEN LATE ON THURSDAY

NEW ORLEANS — Mayor LaToya Cantrell has ordered that City Hall and City government offices open at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 1, due to the potential for severe weather in the morning. The delayed opening will affect all NORDC and New Orleans Public Library employees as well. The City of New Orleans urges residents to stay indoors and off roadways during hazardous weather.
