Learn about solutions to solve common neighborhood challenges

DALLAS, Texas – The City Dallas Planning & Urban Design (PUD) department in collaboration with the Office of Welcoming Communities & Immigrant Affairs, Office of Community Care and the Budget Office is hosting Navigating City Services in February. The workshop is designed to educate leaders on how to work with City departments to solve chronic neighborhood issues such as illegal dumping, bulky trash, abandoned homes and code compliance violations.

Information about beautification projects and how to report and track service requests provided to 311 will also be provided during the workshop.

Navigating City Services is one of a series of capacity building workshops offered by the PUD to empower, educate and equip residents and leaders. Four Navigating City Services workshops will be held at the West Dallas Multipurpose Center at 2828 Fish Trap. Please note there are both English and Spanish sessions.
