A SOCIALLY-DISTANCED HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE
AT OGDEN NATURE CENTER
Ogden, UT — This year, to safely accommodate shoppers and nature lovers, the Ogden Nature Center is spreading out its Holiday Open House from November 30 – December 5, from 9am – 4pm each day. Please wear a mask.
Artisans will sell their wares from 9am – 4pm on these days:
Thursday, December 3rd
• Fresh evergreen swags
Friday, December 4th
• The Beehive Weaver: hand woven cotton dish towels, dish cloths, trivets
Saturday, December 5th
• reCycled meTal art: artwork from recycled metal
• Cara Koolmees: watercolor prints, calendars, cards
• Local Artisan Collective: upcycled and handmade items

All Week Long:
• Free admission
• Free individually-packaged refreshments
• Free face masks (while supplies last)
• Fragrant rosemary plants
• Potted amaryllis from Willard Bay Gardens
• Socially-distanced shopping in The Nest Gift Shop (max 8 guests at a time) with patio heaters outside to keep everyone warm
• Safe, guided winter trail walks with a naturalist
• Live bird programs in our outdoor amphitheater
• Children will receive a nature craft to take home
• Guests will receive a bounce-back coupon to come back for free before March 31, 2021
The Nest Gift Shop is freshly stocked…. with new nature books, journals, toys & puppets, rosemary plants with birdie stakes, holiday birdseed wreaths, giant birdseed pinecones, birdseed animals, eco-friendly z-wraps, Farm-to-Feet socks (the very best), locally-made lotions and soaps, great neighbor gifts, birdhouses & birdfeeders, and many more new items!
