Kansas City residents now have a new transit travel option. Greyhound Lines has launched daily bus service from KCMO to Salina and back. The bus will also make a stop on the K-State campus in Manhattan.
From Salina, riders can connect to Wichita, Denver and all points West. From the KCMO station, riders can transfer to any Greyhound location across the country.
“Greyhound’s inclusion into KCK will result in an additional mobility option for the residents of Wyandotte County,” said Unified Government Transit Director Justus Welker. “Greyhound offers an economical fare and convenient on-board amenities that result in convenient and comfortable travel. Greyhound will allow our residents the opportunity to explore destinations beyond the Kansas City Metro area.”
