The other day I had some time for lunch, so I called one of my friends to meet me at Firehouse Pizzeria in Logan. Yes, I invited myself to lunch. Lunchtime always sees big crowds. However, that doesn’t affect the service. The servers are friendly, efficient and do just enough follow-up.
The lunchtime menu that I order from is easy ??ª?? small pizza and a dinner salad. I usually go simple so I don??ª?t break the budget when I eat out. So, for six bucks and a smile, I get a great lunch.
There are several things I like about this simple lunch at Firehouse Pizzeria. One, the service is quick and with a smile. There is not a lot of waiting. Second, the pizza is hot, just taken out of the oven with sauces and flavors which compliments each other. Third, the dinner salad is always fresh. Fourth, the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. And, not least, the price is right. Of course, there is an entire menu for lunch from pastas to sandwiches to full-size pizzas if you wish.
If you haven??ª?t been to Firehouse Pizzeria, you should stop by and grab a bite for lunch, or even go out for a casual date one evening. You won??ª?t be disappointed.
