Community invited to attend information session
and participate in online discussion
COLORADO SPRINGS — The City of Colorado Springs and Colorado Springs Utilities are joining together, along with Panasonic CityNOW, to help develop a smart city vision, known as SmartCOS. Being a smart city means using technology to improve public services, drive economic development and solve issues facing the city. Many projects could be considered under the SmartCOS banner, with a focus on four key areas: Energy and Utilities, Buildings and Sustainability, Transportation and Mobility, and City Services.
