The city is hosting a community meeting to inform residents about sewer improvements in Gateway Park.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 7, at Sycamore Community Center, 2525 E. Rosedale St.
A 96-inch sewer main is being rehabilitated. The affected area inside the park includes:
- Disposal Road from the southern loop – just north of the West Fork Trinity River and the Fort Worth Branch of the Trinity Trails System – to just south of Players Parkway.
- Fort Worth Dog Park is to the west and the ballpark and softball fields are to the east of the project.
