Fuze Named as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide

Recognized for completeness of vision and ability to execute

the leading cloud-based communications and collaboration platform
provider for the modern global enterprise, announced that Gartner, Inc.
has recognized the company as a Visionary in its 2018 Magic Quadrant for
Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide. This is the ninth time
Fuze has been recognized by Gartner in the report.

With Fuze, technology leaders can streamline communications, reduce
costs, and empower people to seamlessly collaborate on any device––over
voice, video, and messaging––whenever and wherever they want. Fuze
spearheads digital transformation initiatives by enabling every worker
to more efficiently collaborate to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving
business environment. In addition, Fuze increases engagement among
employees with a modern and intuitive user experience on desktop and
mobile devices, providing the flexibility and agility required by
today’s workforce.

“Digital transformation in the workforce has arrived, and we’re uniquely
positioned to help companies navigate this new way of work through a
unified cloud platform that accelerates collaboration, ideation, and
productivity. The future of work will continue to progress as work
evolves from a ‘place’ we go, to something we do, regardless of our
physical location,” said Colin Doherty, CEO, Fuze. “For enterprise
companies supporting a global and, increasingly distributed, mobile
workforce, we believe Gartner’s recognition of Fuze’s completeness of
vision validates our investment in building the leading cloud-based
communications and collaboration platform. To us, the Fuze platform
provides a consumer-friendly experience for workers and a key
differentiator for CIOs and IT leaders.”

The increasing market demand for cloud communications and collaboration
by enterprise customers has fueled Fuze’s growth––continually outpacing
the industry. Fuze is a well-suited solution for large,
globally-distributed organizations with 1,000-5,000 employees, moving
away from complex legacy communications infrastructure.

In May, Fuze announced Fuze
, which was built to help businesses streamline communications
and collaboration for teams that extend beyond the traditional
enterprise. Fuze 5.0 marked a significant milestone for the Fuze
platform, with next-generation audio, video, and content sharing, as
well as the introduction of a centralized communications data
architecture designed to power AI.

Additionally, Fuze introduced enhancements to its industry-leading user
experience for mobile, desktop, and browser that support all
communications modalities. These enhancements further enable an
enterprise’s entire ecosystem of independent contractors, vendors, and
partners to connect whenever, wherever, and however they want––using
voice, group interaction, face-to-face video, or content collaboration.
With these recent innovations, Fuze was named the Best
Collaboration Solution
of 2018 as part of the annual Software &
Information Industry Association (SIIA) CODiE Awards. Fuze believes
Gartner attributes the company’s accelerated pace of innovation, as well
as its enhancements in analytics, workstream collaboration, and richer
video experiences.

“As one of the largest software companies in the world, we have tens of
thousands of employees and teams spread across the globe, making the
need for streamlined workforce communications and collaboration critical
to our business strategy,” said D. SKye Hodges, IT Technician, Micro
Focus. “The Fuze platform is uniquely designed to meet the needs of
large enterprises. It seamlessly integrated across our enterprise,
delivering the security and control IT demands, while providing an
intuitive user interface that was immediately adopted by our employees,
driving increased productivity across the entire organization.”

Throughout the first half of 2018, Fuze strengthened both its global
partner program and technology partnerships with other leading SaaS
companies that service the enterprise. Just recently, CRN gave Fuze a
5-Star rating in its 2018
Partner Program Guide
. With continued investments in the Fuze global
partner program and the expansion of relationships with companies like AppNeta
and Okta,
Fuze is extending and simplifying access to its unified collaboration
platform for modern enterprises globally.

In addition, Fuze continues to lead the conversation around the future
of work, releasing the Workforce
Futures: The role of people in the future of work
survey earlier in
2018. The survey uncovered that employees no longer want set working
hours or office walls, but instead value a ‘work-as-a-service’ flexible
approach, a need that the Fuze software platform is designed to meet.
