Frank Dascanio Promoted to Lead Contrack Watts’ Honolulu Office

Dascanio Coming from Contrack Watts’ Sister Company to be General

HONOLULU–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Contrack Watts announces the addition of Frank Dascanio to its company
as a general manager. Dascanio will lead the Contrack Watts’ office in
Honolulu that performs construction work under its subsidiary, Watts

Dascanio comes from The Weitz Company, which is a sister company of
Contrack Watts, with over 25 years of experience in the construction
industry. He spent the past year as a project executive helping Weitz
grow its student housing product line after successfully managing the
construction of Park West – a 3,406-bed, 2.2-million-square-foot student
housing development on the campus of Texas A&M University that was
completed in July 2017.

Contrack Watts has six projects currently under construction in
Honolulu, including the Consolidated Rental Car Facility at Daniel K.
Inouye International Airport. Dascanio has full oversight of the
planning and management of all activities related to project work,
including operations, safety, financials, employee development and
relationships with clients and trade partners.
