New Happy Hour Menus
There’s no better way to wind down than to enjoy sweeping views of Waikiki and BLT Market’s recently launched Pau Hana Menu. Available daily from 3 – 6 p.m., offerings include Assistant Manager and Sommelier Dane Tuzzio’s famous Farmer’s Mojito, Lilikoi Margarita, Lavender Lady, and more.
Regarded as one of Honolulu’s best spots for happy hour, BLT Steak released its latest Sunset Menu crafted by Chef de Cuisine Guillaume Thivet. Highlights include the Smoked Brisket Musubi, Molokai Ranch Short Rib Poutine, Mini Chirashi Bowl and Lobster Mac N’ Cheese. Check out these unique offerings now, as the menu, available daily from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m., will change quarterly.
National Honey Month
September marks National Honey Month and BLT Market, located on the 8th floor of the Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach, is proud to utilize local Manoa Honey in a number of breakfast and dinner menu items as well as a brand new cocktail, The Stinger:
Acai Bowl: Banana and clustered oats, chia seeds, Manoa Honey (see image below)
The Traveler: Choice of juice, baker’s basket with fruit preserves and Manoa Honey, yogurt, fruit, coffee or tea
Local Cheese Plate: Three goat cheeses from Sweet Land Farm, honeycomb and macadamia nut flower honey from Manoa Honey
The Stinger: Rye, orange juice, lemon juice, Aperol, Manoa Honey, orange peel (see image below)
Must-try New Cocktails
Tuzzio’s comprehensive beverage menu at BLT Market has something for everyone including refreshing mocktails and a variety of cocktails from low-alcohol to inventive drinks utilizing house-made gin. In addition to The Stinger, Tuzzio is adding the following new cocktails to the mix:
The Botanist (low alcohol): sherry, St. Germaine Liqueur, gin, lime peel skewer (see image below)
Market Moo: Ko Hana Kea White Rum, lime juice, cane sugar, dragon fruit
BLT Steak has also refreshed its cocktail menu including a new hit, the Karma Cherry Margarita utilizing Karma Tequila owned by North Shore big wave surfer Reef Mcintosh.

BLT Market is a concept that highlights the best of Hawaii’s regional and seasonal offerings. Featuring an all-day menu, brunch on the weekends and unique offerings including an overnight menu and specialty tea service, BLT Market will offer a dining experience ripe for any season.
