St. Louis Ambush Soccer Star "Manny" Forbes will sign autographs and Stray Rescue of St. Louis will be at this Pet-Friendly Event
Bring the whole family to the free open house in at Pomme Creek Golf Course from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 19. The pet-friendly event will feature kids’ games, barbecue, refreshments, sno-cones, a bouncy house, chip & putt contests, prizes, face painting, two holes of Soccer Golf, plus a special appearance by St. Louis Ambush professional soccer player "Manny" Forbes.
All people who attend with their pet dogs on a leash may participate in a “Pet Parade” that will begin at 5:30 pm.
Stray Rescue of St. Louis will be at the event with friendly dogs available for adoption, and information about animal care. (http://www.strayrescue.org). All proceeds from any donations will benefit Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
Emanuel “Manny” Forbes will be on hand to sign autographs and pose for pictures from 6 to 8 p.m. Manny joined the St. Louis Ambush in October, 2014 as a mid-fielder and is known for speed and agility. He is a native of Colòn, Panama, who grew up playing soccer. Manny moved to the U.S. in 2006 to major in Business Administration at Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina, and then moved to Belleville Illinois, to pursue a Masters in Human Resources at Lindenwood University there. The Ambush recruited Manny from the Illinois Piasa / Adrenaline team.

It is a great way to introduce people to everything that Pomme Creek Golf Course has to offer.”
Pomme Creek is a beautiful, 5,580-yard, par 70 course situated on rolling hills with small lakes and creeks at One Golfview Drive in Arnold, a community located about 25 miles southwest of St. Louis. Pomme Creek amenities include:
