Don’t Drive Arrive! RTC Provides Free Transportation for Wolf Pack Game Viewers

Reno, Nevada (March 21, 2018) – The RTC is proud to support the Wolf Pack and the community by offering free transportation on all regularly scheduled RTC transit services on Thursday, March 22 from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.

“We know fans will be out cheering on the Wolf Pack, and we want to help our community celebrate responsibly,” said RTC Executive Director Lee Gibson.

The goal of providing this free service is to keep our roads and crosswalks safe for everyone. The RTC encourages people to celebrate safely and responsibly by not getting behind the wheel or walking while impaired.

Free transit also spurs increased ridership and encourages people who have not tried transit before to do so.

The RTC encourages passengers to wear silver and blue on Thursday to back The Pack!

Keep in mind, not all locations are served by transit, so the RTC recommends passengers check route and schedule information at rtcwashoe.com to plan a trip.
