City releases request for proposals for 2019 program funding from the Human Services Fund

The City of Boulder Human Services Department is accepting proposals for the 2019 Human Services Fund (HSF). Approximately $2.1 million in funding will be available to community agencies delivering services that provide support for City of Boulder residents.

The HSF supports 501(c)(3) nonprofit agencies and organizations, and educational or governmental entities. The city strongly encourages applications from organizations that work with underrepresented populations. Funds should be used to support programs, initiatives and projects, but are not available for general operating support. Generally, the HSF does not provide seed or start-up funding.

Applications are due on or before Friday, Aug. 24, 2018 at 4 p.m. Applications must be submitted electronically using the e-CImpact grant management system. No paper or late applications will be accepted. To apply for the 2019 fund round, visit https://bouldercolorado.gov/human-services-plan/how-to-apply-for-funding-from-the-human-services-fund-2.
