Pursuant to Section 2-33(l) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, Mayor Tomás Regalado has called for a special meeting of the Miami City Commission to be held on Monday, August 28, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., at Miami City Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida. The purpose of the special meeting will be to discuss additional referendum and/or charter amendment questions to be placed on the November 7, 2017, General Municipal Election ballot, including but not limited to, all related Resolutions necessary in order to place additional questions on the ballot. No business shall be conducted or a vote taken at a special City Commission meeting on business other than the subject for which the special meeting is called.
All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
