All Lincoln COVID-19 Cases Reported Today Are Community Acquired

Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) announced that all four lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Lincoln today are community acquired. The community total of positive cases is 49.

The total number of community acquired cases is now 31. The new cases today are two women and one man in their 30s, and one woman in her 60s. All of them are isolated and close contacts are self-quarantined.

LLCHD is now monitoring 101 individuals. Lancaster County reports one death, 1,401 negative tests, 49 positives with 15 tests pending at the Nebraska Public Health Lab. There are now 637 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nebraska and 15 deaths.
