City Seeks Input to Shape Short-term Rental Property Policy

September 10, 2019 – Public meetings are scheduled for Oct. 6, 10, 12. – ​Whether for sports, entertainment, the vibrant downtown or lush parks, Ann Arbor is a destination for many. Some visitors stay at short-term rental properties, booked through companies such as AirBnB and VRBO. The City of Ann Arbor is considering policies to regulate short-term rental properties. In order to create policies appropriate for Ann Arbor, the city is holding three public meetings​ (PDF) ​at Ann Arbor District Library (AADL) locations to gather input from residents.
